Is there a call-out fee?+
Yes β a flat call-out fee applies to each onsite visit (confirm amount when booking). You then pay $40 per 15 minutes for the work itself. Remote support has no call-out fee but a flat session fee applies β confirm on booking.
What if you can't fix my problem?+
You pay nothing. Our No Fix, No Fee guarantee means if we can't resolve your issue, the visit is completely free.
How long does a typical repair take?+
Most common repairs β virus removal, slow computer fix, Wi-Fi setup, new computer setup β take 30β90 minutes. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you call.
Do I need to bring my computer anywhere?+
No. We come to your home or office anywhere across Melbourne's western, northern and inner suburbs. You never need to carry your computer anywhere.
Is remote support available?+
Yes β for software issues, virus removal, email setup and similar problems, remote support is often faster and cheaper. Remote support is a flat session fee plus $20/15min for time worked β no travel fee. We'll tell you on the phone which approach suits your problem best.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash, credit card and bank transfer all accepted. Payment is due after the job is completed and you're satisfied.
Is the 14-day guarantee included?+
Yes, on all work. If the same issue returns within 14 days of our visit, we fix it again at no charge.
